Privacy and data handling
LIA Brand Analytics connector · Updated 3 November 2026
This notice explains the connector's data flow alongside the LIA Privacy Policy. LIA S.R.L. operates the connector. Your organisation's agreement with LIA continues to govern its platform data.
What the connector processes
- Sign-in and permissions. Google authenticates your account. LIA verifies your identity and checks your active brand account and assigned brands and markets. LIA issues separate connector tokens; it does not pass Google's tokens to Claude.
- Tool inputs. The connector receives tool parameters such as a dataset name, data source and SQL query. It does not request your Claude chat history, memory or unrelated files. Information you put in a query is received as part of that query.
- Query results. LIA reads the permitted subset of its platform and analytics data and returns the requested results to Claude. Depending on your query, these may include creator names, handles, contact emails, commercial terms, performance and payout amounts/statuses. Messages, passwords, bank credentials, shipping addresses and signatures are excluded from the connector views.
- Security and operation. Query audit entries record the LIA user identifier, source, a hash and length of the SQL, returned row count, duration and outcome. Those audit entries do not include the SQL text or result values. Service infrastructure also processes technical request and error metadata.
Purpose and access
LIA processes these data to authenticate you, answer the analysis requests you initiate, enforce your existing access permissions, apply rate limits and investigate service or security issues. All data tools are read-only. Access is checked again for each query; installing the connector does not grant access to a new brand or market.
Who receives data
Google provides sign-in and LIA's hosting providers operate the service. When you use the connector in Claude, the requested results and tool inputs are processed by Anthropic under the terms, privacy settings and retention rules applicable to your Claude account or organisation. LIA does not control copies saved in your Claude conversations. Review your organisation's sharing rules before requesting personal or commercially sensitive fields.
Storage and retention
The connector does not create a separate stored copy of query results. Existing records remain in LIA under the retention rules in the LIA Privacy Policy and your organisation's agreement. OAuth session and token records expire according to their configured lifetimes or are removed through revocation; refresh-token rotation replaces the previous refresh token. The shared store also holds client-registration and short-lived rate-limit records.
Connector service logs are configured for 14-day retention. Data already returned to Claude follows Anthropic's applicable retention settings and is not deleted by disconnecting LIA.
Disconnect, revoke or request deletion
Disconnect the connector in Claude's connector settings to stop using it. Ask LIA to remove brand permissions or disable your LIA account to revoke data access. For access, correction or deletion requests, email support@withlia.ai. Requests relating to Claude conversation copies must also be made through Anthropic or your Claude workspace administrator.
