Your LIA brand data, in Claude.
Explore creator campaigns, conversions, payout records and paid-media performance using the brands and markets your LIA account can access.
Read-only access. The connector cannot change campaigns, send messages, initiate payments or purchase discovery data. Connecting does not add any brand or market permissions.
Before you connect
- You need an active LIA brand portal account with at least one brand/market grant and Google sign-in using the same work email.
- LIA access is invitation-only. Installing the connector does not create a LIA account. Contact support@withlia.ai for access.
- Your Claude workspace must allow connectors. On managed workspaces, an administrator may need to add or approve LIA first.
Connect
- Open Claude's connector settings and choose Add custom connector. If LIA Brand Analytics is available in your directory, you can select that listing instead.
- For a custom connector, use the name LIA Brand Analytics and URL
https://mcp.withlia.ai/mcp. - Select Connect and sign in with the Google account linked to your LIA brand account.
- Enable the connector in your conversation and ask: “What brands and markets can you access in LIA?”
Each person signs in individually. The connector uses their existing LIA brand and market grants, even when an administrator adds it for a whole Claude workspace.
Questions to try
- “Which campaigns are running this month, and how many creators are in each pipeline stage?”
- “Compare conversions by campaign and week for the last month. Explain which statuses you counted.”
- “Which offers were sent in the last 30 days, and how many have a signed contract?”
- “Show paid-media spend, CAC and ROAS by week and market. Keep currencies separate.”
- “Which creators posted about our brand in the last two weeks? Show the data freshness.”
Tools and data API
The LIA Brand Analytics data API exposes four MCP tools over Streamable HTTP. OAuth sign-in is required for all tools. The permission scope is brand-data:read.
| Tool | What it returns |
|---|---|
whoami | The signed-in account's accessible brands and markets. |
list_datasets | Available datasets, their source, grain and purpose. A listed dataset can be empty in your area. |
describe_dataset | Columns, definitions and business rules for one dataset. Accepts its name, with or without mcp.. |
run_query | Columns, rows, row count and a truncation flag for one read-only SQL query. Choose app or lake; use only that source's mcp views. |
Read the dataset description before writing SQL. For example, after describing mcp.markets, use source app:
SELECT brand, country, currency FROM mcp.markets ORDER BY brand, country
Platform datasets cover campaigns, programmes, creator relationships, offers, contracts, content, conversions, payout records and product seeding. Analytics datasets cover campaign performance, daily paid media, brand mentions and creator content. Availability depends on your brand's connected sources.
Interpret results
- Every query is restricted to your current LIA area. A query cannot read another brand or market by adding SQL filters.
- Operational data and analytics are separate sources. Analytics refresh on their pipeline schedules; inspect freshness fields. Paid-media attribution may be revised after the reporting date.
- Keep currencies separate and calculate ratios from totals. Ask Claude to show the query and metric definitions when checking a result.
- Results are capped. If
truncatedis true, narrow the query or aggregate before relying on totals. - The connector can return creator names, handles and contact emails within your area. Share only the fields needed for your analysis. It does not expose message bodies, bank details, addresses, passwords or signatures.
Troubleshooting
- “Has no access to LIA brand data”
- Use the work Google account associated with your active LIA brand account. Ask your LIA contact to check the assigned markets.
- “This sign-in link has expired”
- Start again with Connect in Claude.
- “Too many queries this minute”
- Wait a minute, then retry with fewer, aggregated queries.
- A query is refused
- Use one read-only SELECT, the correct source and only the documented
mcpviews. Read the dataset description to check column names. - No rows
- The selected area or period may have no data. Check your access with
whoami, source, date filters and dataset freshness. - Disconnect or remove access
- Disconnect LIA in Claude's connector settings. To revoke brand access or request deletion, contact LIA support. Disconnecting does not delete results already stored in Claude.
